Seraphine will demystify calculating the cost of doing business and pricing for profit, We'll find some hidden costs that are often overlooked, we'll discuss why it's ok to create a business that serves us while meeting the needs of our clients. As artists we often feel guilty for making a profit doing what we love. When our business serves our needs we are in a position to serve our clients and make an impact in the community.
We'll analyse our product and service offering to determine what is most profitable so we can make better decisions that help elevate our businesses and provide us with more time to do what we love while giving the best versions of ourselves to our clients and families.
Biographies
Seraphine Wanami, BS in Business Administration Finance. Portrait Photographer, owner of Seraphine Photography located in Braintree MA, serving the greater Boston since 2017.
While photography was always a part of my lifeI fell in love with it while in college and ended up setting up a dark room in the storage space of our apartment at the time. I went on to finish college and worked in the financial industry for over 10 years in Boston MA. Before making my way into photography.
Relationships are the center of my life and focus of my portrait business. My marriage and daughter help me understand how to capture the threads of love and special dynamics with the families and individuals I work with. I value the differences that make us unique and i love capturing the essence of individuals, and their bonds to each other especially within a family unit.
Working with families and children, Seraphine is committed to preserving family legacies, by professionally photographing and printing portraits that showcase their connection, power, and beauty.
I love helping Families discover the value of displaying the family’s art in the home, It is a calling I am blessed & honored to answer.
I serve the Greater Boston area, Our Studio is located in Braintree MA and my life's journey transplanted me from Kenya to Greater Boston area spending my college years in the Worcester Area and now located in the South Shore. Each location has taught me that a time and place with meaning can have a huge impact on your life's story.

Lunch - Bring your own or pick up from Panera Bread or Bertucci's in the same building. We have other local restaurants for those who prefer to get something different
All PPA member attendees will receive 1 Merit.
