PPAM Photopalooza 2018

From Booking to the Beach -  Tips & Tools for you and your Client with Cassandra Sullivan, M. Photog., CPP

DATE:  August 8, 2018 2:00pm - 8:00pm
LOCATION: 931 Long Pond Road, Plymouth MA

Summertime means trying to fit in a whole bunch of clients in a a limited amount of time.  Everyone is busy with family and friends, even you!  That means you need to run your business as efficiently as possible, to make sure clients are happy and that you make it easy and fun for them to do business with you - so you can enjoy the summer too!

Join me as I discuss and demonstrate different solutions that can be used to run a business, and my workflow from answering an inquiry all the way through the In-Person Sales appointment, and beyond.

We'll talk about studio management software, letting clients book online, bookkeeping, how I prepare clients for their session, image and data management, and how can all work together and keep you organized.  Bring your questions and any challenges you may have in running your studio and we'll come up with a solution together!

After all the business stuff, we'll switch gears and do what we really love - we'll head to the beach to photograph a high school senior!  I'll demonstrate posing and lighting techniques, including off-camera flash.  Learn how to make our clients look great in the always-challenging conditions at the beach.  We'll talk about giving them an "experience" - and images - that they'll talk about and share with their friends, and the products that their family will always treasure.

Bring your laptop computer to discover new workflow solutions, and a camera for the beach!
